10th Annual Multicultural Fest a success
The 10th Annual Multicultural Fest was a great success in its new location of the A. Lincoln Commons plaza. Students, faculty, staff and community members enjoyed entertainment including the headliner band, Xperimento, ethnic food and colorful displays. Restaurants, entertainers and exhibitors who have participated for five or more years were recognized in a ceremony, followed by the LLCC Madrigals. Entertainment was simulcast to ESAs who also had special activities.

Thank you from Eileen Tepatti
It’s hard to know where to begin, so I will start from the bottom of my heart. A sincere thank you to everybody for their expressions of sympathy to me and my family over the death of my brother, Jerry Melton. It was a very difficult situation for his immediate family, mother, siblings, friends, colleagues, and students. Whether you sent a card or email, stopped me in the hallway to say a kind word, attended the memorial service, sent a flower, plant, or remembrance, or offered up a quiet thought or prayer … I want you all to know how much your thoughtfulness is appreciated. Thank you so much.
