Congratulations to Jamie McCoy and Whitney Brandenburg on recently earning LERN’s Certified Program Planner (CPP) designation. The CPP designation is an outcomes-based standard, meaning the person has to both complete a program of professional development and pass an exam. The subject content and curriculum for the CPP program includes an overview of the continuing education field, learning and teaching, needs assessment, program development, finance and budgeting, program analysis, pricing, marketing, brochures and promotion, and customer service. Kudos to Jamie and Whitney on passing the exam and earning a new designation!
