LLCC’s Black Student Union would like to thank all of the LLCC employees who have donated to its scholarship fund this semester. They were able to raise over $500 with bake sales and $265 for BSU Jean Day. There isn’t a bake sale scheduled for December, but they will be back in January with some great delicious treats!

To close out the semester, BSU has a “Giving Tree” located in the back area of A. Lincoln Commons. BSU purchased 100 hats, scarves and gloves for our students to just walk up and take to stay warm during these cold days — what better way to end the semester than with a BSU Giving Tree!
