“Art After Hours” reception Friday to announce the in-house award winners

All are invited on Friday, Nov. 3, 2-3 p.m. to LLCC’s “Art After Hours” reception in the Trutter Museum/Murray Gallery on the second floor of Menard Hall. LLCC award winners will be announced at approximately 2:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served.

Don’t forget to vote for the LLCC’s People’s Choice Award! The artist of the favorite piece at LLCC will receive a $100 Visa gift card courtesy of the Philip and Mary Kathryn Trutter Museum.

The exhibit is open for viewing 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and it features 24 pieces of artwork from LLCC faculty and staff.

“Art After Hours” is a program of the Springfield Area Arts Council, offering individuals the opportunity to display original art created outside the office.
