Today, we’ll focus on how United Way of Central Illinois focuses on education: helping children prepare for kindergarten, stay on track and graduate with a plan for their future.
Last year, United Way of Central Illinois helped 92% of children in summer programs grow their math skills through grant partners:

- Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Illinois
- Compass for Kids
- Girls Scouts of Central Illinois
- Hope
- Springfield Public Schools
- Springfield Urban League, Inc.
- and, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
