Phone calls made from Snom desk phones to another LLCC number are no longer able to leave a voicemail message if the recipient does not pick up. The call will simply be terminated. In addition, voicemail messages cannot be retrieved by using the voicemail button directly on the Snom desk phone.

Phone calls made to external numbers will still function normally as will inbound phone calls placed from cell phones and outside lines. Internally, calls made from the Skype or Teams app will still send users to voicemail, as well as anyone who is using a newer AudioCodes branded phone. To retrieve your voicemail, you can use either the Teams app or though Outlook.

Snom phones will be gradually replaced. We appreciate your patience and flexibility.
