LLCC’s chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, advised by Dr. Claire Gordon, sponsored a “Life Goes On” organ donation event Nov. 15. The evening presentation featured speakers Emily Reynolds, scholarship vice president for Phi Theta Kappa; Larry and Vivian Lefferts, parents of an organ donor; Kenzie Dowding, living organ donor; and Damarius Blanks of Life Goes On.
