This year’s Equity Academy will be held on April 30, 2021, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Its goal is to advance support for leadership that prioritizes equity-driven change during and following the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. D-L Stewart, a professor in the School of Education at Colorado State University, will provide the keynote address. The sessions will focus on advancing collaborative work to close racial equity gaps in Illinois community colleges.
