Recipes

Since we’re unable to provide a catered meal, here are a few easy recipes from the Holiday Party Committee that you can make at home and enjoy during the virtual party!

Sweet Red Pepper Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 jar red pepper jelly

Spread the cream cheese onto a shallow platter.  Top with jelly.  Serve with crackers.  Yes, it’s that easy!

Easy Cheesey-ball

8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
1 bag shredded cheese
1 pkg. chip beef (Budding Beef)
Green onions
Top with real bacon bits.

Form into a ball or leave in a bowl, serve with Wheat Thins or crackers.

Debbie’s Rice Krispie Treats

1 stick of butter
1 large jar of marshmallow crème
8-9 cups of rice krispies

Melt the butter and marshmallow crème together in large pan.
Once melted, add the rice krispies. The more cereal put in mix, the
drier the mix- I use closer to 8 cups because I like my treat creamy.

Press into buttered/sprayed dish.  When cooled, cut to desired size.

Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip

In large skillet:
Melt 1 stick of butter and TBSP of lemon pepper.
Add 3-4 chicken breasts, cook until done. Set chicken aside.

Add to skillet:
¾ cup Frank’s Original Hot Sauce
1 cup Ranch dressing
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2-4 cups mild shredded cheese

Chop chicken breasts to small pieces and add back into skillet

Once all blended, put in slow cooker to keep warm. Serve with celery or chips.
