The recognition of a student as the outstanding graduate is an important part of the Commencement tradition at LLCC. Each year, you have the opportunity to nominate candidates for recognition as the outstanding graduate. The selected student will be recognized at the Virtual Commencement Ceremony later in the year (exact date of virtual ceremony is TBD).
An ad hoc committee will select the recipient using the completed nomination form and the unweighted criteria listed below. Please be sure to include these criteria in your nomination.
- GPA
- Leadership
- Motivation
- Service to the college community
- Extracurricular activities
- Ability to overcome obstacles
