Hello LLCC community,
When an employee decides to retire after 14 years, usually a time is planned to say goodbye. I decided to retire over the summer to pursue a new adventure, and I was only able to connect with a few before I left. There are many people who have meant so much to me and influenced me in different ways.
To my fellow instructors, especially Ellen Watkins, thank you for all of the support and encouragement provided to me. Thank you to all support staff, such as custodians, campus police, office assistants, technology (to name a few). Because of your good work, my job as an instructor went much more smoothly. I thank everyone at LLCC for creating a pleasant work environment for the past 14 years of my life. I hope I have had a positive impact on some of you, too.
Sincerely,
Judy Nichols, retired professor of psychology
P.S. If you would like to send me a personal note of some kind, I would love to hear from you. You may drop off the card in the Public Relations and Marketing office.
