Nancy Sweet, director of culinary programs and operations, is the author of this week’s Epicuriosity 101 column in the State Journal-Register, “Yummy cheese and cheeseboards are perfect for holiday get-togethers.”

Shyla Rogers, LLCC nursing student, wrote the essay, “Giving life to students’ dreams; how a scholarship changed my life,” in the Dec. 10 “Connections” section of the State Journal-Register.
