Mark your calendar to attend the third annual Winter Art Sale at the Trutter Center on LLCC’s Springfield campus, Wednesday through Friday, Nov. 29, 30 and Dec. 1. All three days of the event are free of charge!
The sale features a wide variety of original artwork created by our students during fall classes. The selection includes ceramics, fine art and more, is reasonably priced and would make great gifts for the upcoming holiday season. The event supports LLCC art students and programs and the Philip and Mary Kathryn Trutter Museum.
On Wednesday, Nov. 29 from 4:30 to 7 p.m., you’re invited to attend the preview party – an exclusive, first-opportunity to browse and buy art! The evening also includes gourmet hors d’oeuvres by LLCC culinary students, a cash bar and small silent auction.
The art sale continues on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 29 and Dec. 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free coffee and cookies will be served to shoppers. Purchases can be made with cash, check or credit cards.
Again, all three days of the event are free of charge. For details, go to http://llccfoundation.org/news-and-events, or click here for a detailed flier.
