LLCC has been re-certified for three years as a “Storm Ready” campus by the National Weather Service. LLCC was the first downstate college to earn this recognition in 2013. The designation recognizes the college’s advance planning, awareness campaigns and preparedness to keep the campus community safe in the event of severe weather.
