Nine second-year nursing students from Lincoln Land Community College’s Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program were inducted recently into the Beta Nu Chapter of the National Organization for Associate Degree Nursing (NOADN) Alpha Delta Nu Honor Society. The students had to maintain stringent academic requirements and complete a capstone community education project to be eligible for membership.

Students were honored at a special ceremony April 21 at the LLCC-Springfield campus. The students received a certificate, an Alpha Delta Nu Honor Society pin and peach honor cords to wear at commencement.

The 2016 inductees, pictured left to right, are: are Devyn Alberts (vice president), Tara McDaniel (President), Nicole Hild, Jessica Fix, Amber Devers, Amanda Lemon, Stephanie Weitekamp (Secretary), Jessica Taft Kunken, and Jessica Hagen.
