The LLCC Ag Club just finished their annual food drive collection to support the Central Illinois Foodbank and fight hunger in our communities. The club sponsored the event as a contest among the agriculture classes, with the class that brought in the most food getting breakfast served to them by the club. The winning class was Rich Teeter’s ABM 105 Crop Production, followed closely by the AFO 250 Plant Operations class. The club set a new record for its collection, bringing in 1,515 pounds of food. Special thanks goes to LLCC ag alum Cameron Ayers of Rochester for his donation.
