Institutional Improvement Day begins at 9 a.m. tomorrow and will feature two tracks: academic (for faculty) and non-academic (for all other employees), both focusing on assessment/measuring effectiveness.

The academic track will begin in the Student Union of Menard Hall. The non-academic track will be held in Cass Gym. Please refer to the email communications you have received regarding your particular track.

LLCC offices will be closed Friday and no classes will be held. Capital City Training Center will be open.

Trutter Museum “Small World – Near to Far” exhibit opening
The newest exhibit at the Philip and Mary Kathryn Trutter Museum, “Small World – Near to Far,” will open tomorrow. Faculty, staff and students are invited to the opening reception from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Trutter Center.

“Small World—Near to Far” is the sixth exhibit in the museum. The exhibit features more than 40 small items from the museum’s world heritage collection in addition to artwork by current LLCC art faculty Michelle Coakes, Al Shull, Leslie Stalter and Thom Whalen.
