A new LLCC culinary column, “Epicuriosity 101,” will debut Wednesday, March 11 on the food page of the State Journal-Register. The column will be written alternately by Marnie Record, workforce specialist, value added foods program; Nancy Sweet, culinary operations manager; and Jay Kitterman, consultant to the Culinary Institute. Readers, including LLCC employees, are invited to email the experts with their questions. Every fourth column will be answers to questions sent to epicuriosity101@llcc.edu.
