The student operated café will sell ready to eat soups, salads, sandwiches and assorted baked goods for take-out only. Menu selections will vary each day based on what is being prepared by culinary and baking classes. The café will also offer coffee, tea, soda, and bottled water. Bistro To Go will be open on Mondays from 4 – 6 p.m. and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Due to the nature of the class and student curriculum, we will not be able to accommodate call-ahead orders or seating in the Bistro and there is a limit of 4 “orders” per person.
