Dr. Warren was the keynote speaker at the Army Cooks School graduation Thursday, Aug. 21, at Camp Lincoln. The Army Cook’s School is a four week training program and the first eight days are held in the Culinary and Baking labs in Workforce, coordinated by Jay Kitterman, director, Culinary Institute and special events. After spending a week at Lincoln Land they conduct dining and field operations at Camp Lincoln. The current graduating class consisted of 17 future Army cooks from all over the United States from California to Maine. Lincoln Land is proud to partner with the Army on this program.
