ITDE Announces Opening of the Blackboard Student Support Desk

The Instructional Technology and Distance Education department will now offer walk-up Blackboard Technical Support for Students at the new Blackboard Student Support Desk located in the lower level of the Library. The launch of this service is a pilot project associated with the recently released Blackboard Support Center.

BbDeskThe Blackboard Student Support Desk will be staffed by Gary Bach, Instructional Technology Specialist, from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Phone Blackboard support will also be available to students from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday at 786-2345. Students may also request Blackboard support at any time of the day through the Blackboard Support Request Form at http://bit.ly/1ogoQZY. Support requests made online will receive a response within one business day.
