The Sangamon County Department of Public Health presented a 2013 Gold Award April 11 to the LLCC Subway. The award is presented to food service establishments which have demonstrated their commitment to food safety in the past year. The criteria include maintaining an inspection score with few demerit points and having no violations that require a return visit.
