Spring Campus Visit Day Feb. 21

Visit. Campus Visit Day Monday, Feb. 21Mark your calendars! The spring 2022 Campus Visit Day will be Monday, Feb. 21. There are two sessions, from 10 a.m. to noon and 5-7 p.m., with exhibit areas being open 30 minutes prior and during the last 30 minutes of each session.

Campus Visit Day is a special campus preview event designed for individuals interested in starting or finishing a college degree or certificate. The event includes a welcome presentation, exhibit area where visitors can speak with LLCC representatives from various academic programs and student services, departmental and student success related information sessions and more information relevant to becoming a successful college student. Also, brief tours are offered of areas within Menard and Sangamon halls, Kreher Agriculture Center, Nursing Education Center and Workforce Careers Center. Refreshments are provided by LLCC Culinary Arts.

Sign up to help out at the Welcome Week table

LLCC Public Relations and Marketing would appreciate your assistance during spring Welcome Week! PRM is looking for volunteers to assist at the welcome table in A. Lincoln Commons Jan. 10-13 during the first week of spring classes.

Help students get a great start to the semester by greeting them, answering their questions, providing directions and encouraging them to stop by the Welcome Week events hosted by LLCC Student Life! An FAQ reference sheet will be on the table along with highlighters to help in marking students’ routes to their classes.
