Deadline today for health and dental insurance open enrollment!
The annual open enrollment process for health and dental insurance ends TODAY, June 4. You must go online (Online Enrollment Instructions) to complete the enrollment process if you are:
• changing plans;
• adding/dropping dependents;
• contributing to a medical and/or dependent care flexible spending account; and/or
• declining health insurance coverage.

If you are keeping your current LLCC health and dental insurance plans AND not adding/dropping dependents, there is nothing you need to do. Your current information will roll into the next plan year that begins July 1, 2015.

Effective July 1, 2015, LLCC will be utilizing a new dental insurance carrier, Cigna. Employees enrolled in dental insurance effective July 1, 2015 will be mailed new dental insurance cards to their home. Please be on the lookout for the new cards as they will likely be mailed in a plain, non-descript envelope and may appear to be junk mail at first glance.
