Employee Health and Wellness Fair today

As a reminder, the first of two wellness screenings and flu shot clinics takes place today, Oct. 4. All benefit-eligible employees and their spouses are eligible to participate. The second opportunity is Oct. 19. Instructions were emailed yesterday regarding how to register.

Also, the Employee Health and Wellness Fair, “Passport to Self-Care,” takes place in Cass Gym today from 8 a.m. to noon. All employees are welcome, and participation in the health screening is not required to attend. Those in attendance will have a chance to win Fit Bit Smart Watch, three free classes from Ahh Yoga, honey from the LLCC Apiary, a Scheels gift bag including a $25 gift card, one of two $25 VISA gift cards, five free classes from WholeSelf Healing Yoga and Meditation along with additional items provided by Food Fantasies, Illinois Educators Credit Union and Supplement Superstores.

Wellness screenings Oct. 4 and 19

There are two opportunities to take part in the wellness screening and flu shot clinics on campus — Tuesday, Oct. 4, and Wednesday, Oct. 19. All benefit-eligible employees may participate and those who complete the wellness screening will receive a $50 Visa gift card.

To register, please refer to the information emailed Sept 21.

There will also be an Employee Health & Wellness Fair on Oct. 4. All employees are encouraged to come by anytime between 8 a.m. and noon. Attendance will enter you into a drawing for great prizes including gift cards and a Fitbit SmartWatch!

Register for Wellness Screening and Flu Shot Clinic

It’s that time of year for the annual Wellness Screening and Flu Shot Clinic. You have two opportunities to participate — Tuesday, Oct. 4, and Wednesday, Oct. 19.  Both events will be from 7-11:30 a.m. in Cass Gymnasium. All benefit-eligible employees and their spouses may participate. The screening is free to employees who are enrolled in an LLCC health insurance plan. All benefit-eligible employees who participate in the wellness screening will receive a $50 Visa gift card! To register, please refer to the information emailed Sept. 7.

On Tuesday, Oct. 4, there will also be a Health & Wellness Fair in Cass Gymnasium from 8 a.m. to noon. All employees are encouraged and welcome to attend!
