Health and Wellness Fair thank you

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend, participate or help in creating a successful Health and Wellness Fair. We hope you enjoyed the event.

Nov. 1 begins National Gratitude Month

According to Harvard Health, positive psychology research has shown gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity and build strong relationships.

Outdoor games Oct. 27
