Jay Kitterman, consultant, Culinary Institute, wrote this week’s Epicuriosity 101 column in the State Journal-Register entitled, “2018 food and dining trends.”

Jolene Adams, Culinary Institute coordinator, was interviewed for the A La Carte column in this Sunday’s State Journal-Register, about classes offered and how community members are invited to teach classes.

Lesley Frederick, Ed.D., vice president, student services, was interviewed on Jan. 4 by the State Journal-Register for an upcoming story on LLCC’s First Semester program, which provides an opportunity for high school seniors to take LLCC credit classes at their high schools.

Dee Krueger, director, LLCC-Taylorville, was interviewed about LLCC’s College Now program for the Taylorville Daily News article, “LLCC to hold informational meeting on College Now program.” College Now allows to earn both college credit and high school credit in courses at LLCC-Taylorville.

Authoring her last article as LLCC workforce specialist, Marnie Record wrote this week’s Epicuriosity 101 column in the State Journal-Register, “Make your New Year’s resolution stick this year.”
