Bob Howard, director of Truck Driver Training, instructor Doug Longstaff and several students were interviewed and photographed.

Epicuriosity 101, a new weekly food column in the SJ-R, debuted Wednesday, March 11. The first column, “Welcome to the LLCC Kitchen,” was written by Marnie Record, workforce specialist. Subsequent columns will be written by Jay Kitterman, consultant to the Culinary Institute, and Nancy Sweet, culinary operations manager.
