The LLCC Bird Banding program received national attention, featured in Community College Week the week of April 11 with a story and photo.

Mark Hardiman, professor of theatre, was interviewed for an State Journal-Register article on “Treasure Island,” which he is directing at Theatre in the Park this weekend and next. The article will appear in the Thursday, May 19  A and E section. Mark will also appear on FOX 55’s Good Day Illinois program this Thursday in the 7-8 a.m. hour.

David Western, LLCC’s outstanding graduate, was featured in this article in the State Journal-Register regarding Commencement. Dr. Jason Dockter, professor, English, is also featured as the 2016 Master Teacher award winner.

Jay Kitterman, consultant, Culinary Institute, wrote this week’s Epicuriosity column on Chef Augie of Augie’s Front Burner.

Ken Bradbury, adjunct instructor of theatre at LLCC-Jacksonville, was interviewed for this article in the Jacksonville Journal-Courier about the latest theatre class production, “A Trip Through Time.”
