Beat the Heat
Andrew Blaylock, director, campus services, may have come up with the most creative way to beat the heat this week while the chiller replacement took place. With a cooler of ice, a fan and some strategically placed books, his homemade air conditioner is keeping him cool down in the Bookstore!
Chiller project update
The project to replace the campus chiller is progressing on schedule; however, this means we will be without cooling in Menard, Sangamon, Cass and Millennium for the remainder of the week. With temperatures anticipated to again be in the low to mid 80s today and upper 80s on Thursday, rented fans will be used in a number of areas. Please check with your supervisor with any questions about attire on Thursday. Thank you for your patience.
