Dr. Donna Beegle spoke at Professional Development Day about growing up in generational poverty and the roadblocks that presented in her life. That same poverty exists in our communities. LLCC’s 23rd annual Veterans Day Ceremony is Monday, Nov. 12 with a reception at 1 p.m. and ceremony at 1:30 p.m. in A. Lincoln Commons. The ceremony is sponsored by LLCC Student Life and honors all veterans including LLCC faculty, staff and students who served in the armed forces.
