Congratulations to Debbie Frost!

Chuck and Debbie FrostCongratulations to Debbie (Hines) Frost, Academic Innovation & eLearning assistant, of Divernon on her marriage to Chuck Frost of Winchester on Saturday Nov. 10 at 4 p.m. The wedding took place in a garden tent ceremony in Winchester. Months prior to the wedding, the couple decided to call their wedding “Frostapalooza” in reference to the groom’s last name and wedding festivities. Little did the couple know it would truly be a “Frostapalooza,” as the high that day was 31 degrees and the low was 13 degrees. Many heaters were set up, hand warmers were passed out and the coat check remained empty — a truly memorable and fun day!
