Contacting the IT Help Desk

With the beginning of the spring semester quickly approaching, the IT Help Desk is experiencing a high volume of incoming requests for assistance. In an effort to best serve our customers, we ask that should you be directed to voicemail, please leave a message with a detailed description of your need. Voicemail messages are checked as soon as possible. Also, you may submit your own ticket within the KBOX software ( and select the LLCC Help Desk queue, or send a detailed email to us at We will contact you as soon as we are available. If you are reporting an urgent technological need, please indicate this when you contact us, regardless of method.
