Faculty and staff are invited to a brief ceremony at 10:30 this morning on the walkway in front of A. Lincoln Commons to honor Dr. John Roberts, professor of history, retiring after 48 years of service to LLCC. Speakers will include Dr. Charlotte Warren, president, and Dr. Robert Poorman, president emeritus, who will read a “Doc letter.” A tree will be dedicated and a bench built by LLCC Highway Construction Careers Training Program students will be installed.
