Changes to several Portal Forms effective July 1

As of July 1, the forms you accessed on the Portal for the following departments will no longer be available: Facilities work orders, PRM project requests, Printshop requests, Institutional Research and Effectiveness queries.  The forms have been migrated to the Kbox system, which has long been in use by ITS for helpdesk tickets.

ITS is hosting an open workshop session TODAY, 2-3 p.m. in Menard Hall 1173, at which you can stop in and ask questions and receive personal assistance with the steps to submit a ticket through the KBOX software for any of the queues.  No registration is necessary. For those off-campus and in need of assistance, please contact Jeris Creasey to schedule a training session via Skype.

In addition, resources and directions for using this system for the various departments can always be found on the Employee Portal, Click IT at the top, then on the Faculty & Staff Specialized ITS Training in the left-hand menu.
