Denise Bierman has joined LLCC as purchasing coordinator. She recently retired as a master sergeant from the U.S. Air Force after 21 years of service. Joshua Dineen, chef specialist, wrote today’s Epicuriosity 101 column in the State Journal-Register, “Comfort food and nostalgic thoughts.”
Joshua began Jan. 3 as a chef specialist for LLCC. He received training from the Culinary Institute of America and has been cooking for 25 years. Jeff Gardner recently began as LLCC’s program director, diesel technologies. Previously, he was the program coordinator of diesel powered equipment technology at Illinois Central College.
