Dr. Amanda Turner joined LLCC Feb. 1 as director, student success. She previously worked at Pensacola State College and has several years of experience in enrollment management and student services. She is looking forward to the opportunity to focus on coaching and student support to help students achieve success. Russell Michelich, LLCC alum, began work at the college as webstore technician in the LLCC Bookstore on Jan. 2. He also teaches part time at the Springfield Art Association. He retired from the state of Illinois after 28 years with the Department of Corrections in the area of training, coordinating the training for about five years.
