Interested in adding your photo to Email and Lync?

With LLCC’s large number of employees, it is hard to know and recognize every co-worker, especially if you are a new employee! LLCC’s Outlook  and Lync accounts have the ability to include your photo in the emails you send within the LLCC system. If you would like to have your photo included in your internal email (email sent to others with an LLCC account, not to outside recipients) and appear in Lync instant messenger:

  1. Email a head and shoulders, business appropriate photo of yourself to AddMyPhoto@llcc.edu. Your photo will be added to your email account within several days.
  2. Need a head and shoulders photo of yourself? The Public Relations and Marketing (PRM) Office in Menard Hall can assist. Please call Rose at 6.2218 to schedule a brief (less than five minutes) appointment, or stop by PRM between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  3. If PRM has already taken a head and shoulders photo of you, it is in our files.  Please email rose.raikes@llcc.edu and she will send it to you.
