Jessie Blackburn, academic success professional, will be visiting the Litchfield outreach center every Monday throughout the spring semester to work with students in one-on-one appointments. During the appointments, Jessie will:

• help students learn effective study strategies including: taking and using lecture notes, managing their time, reading textbooks and preparing for tests
• give content assistance in specific courses
• offer support in the transition from high school to college-level expectations
• discuss any general college questions or concerns
•  connect students with the appropriate LLCC resources they need.

In addition to Jessie’s services, Steve Collins, LLCC adjunct faculty, will provide tutoring for math students and Ray Young, LLCC adjunct faculty, will provide help with any writing-related task.
