To kick off Campus Sustainability Day celebrations, the LLCC Community Garden farm stand starts on Wednesday, Oct. 21. It will run weekly from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. with Bistro-to-Go in the Workforce Careers Center. Purchase fresh produce grown in the high tunnels right on campus. Availability for this Wednesday includes lettuce (little gem, Yugoslavian red, speckled), mesclun mix, arugula, spinach, French breakfast radish, flat-leaf parsley and curly kale.
A reminder that Bistro-to-Go is open today and Wednesday, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. You may email orders to bistroverde@llcc.edu and also eat your take-out in the Bistro if you like. This menu, Bistro to Go 10.12.15, has been extended to today and Wednesday.
