Last day to pay on a Blanket Purchase Order

Friendly reminder that anyone wishing to pay for an item on a blanket purchase order must have all paperwork complete and submitted to accounts payable on June 6 by 5 p.m.

Any payments received after this will need to be on a confirmed/received form, as blankets will be closed.

Please review and ensure that you have enough money in your budget to cover the expenses before you submit the paperwork to accounts payable. If you need to do a budget transfer, please submit to Sandy Niemann.

If you have open blankets that are no longer needed, please contact purchasing to have them closed. Otherwise, all blankets will automatically be closed after the June 6 deadline.

Faculty/staff tuition waivers due by last day for refund

Faculty and staff tuition waivers must be submitted online by the last day to drop for that term (listed below) in order to be honored. But please note: if you need the waiver to cover tuition and avoid having to re-register after the tuition due date, the waiver form must be submitted by the tuition due date for that term (also listed below).

Tuition Due Date Reminders

LLCC Student Accounts will begin to send tuition due date reminders to all students on the non-pay drop list for summer 2024 starting Monday, May 13. If you get a call from a student concerned about this notification, it means that they are currently on the list to have courses dropped from their schedule for non-payment. Something will need to be updated on their account to show they have either paid in full, started a payment plan or have someone else being invoiced for their tuition by May 22, or they will have to re-register and remit payment the same day as registration.

It is important that students take note of this message as it is rarely, if ever, sent in error. The report that is used to send that message is the same report used to do the non-pay drops. FALL 2024 PAYMENT PLAN FLYERS

The Fall 2024 payment plan flyer is now available! To order printed copies for your area, please complete a PRM KBOX ticket.
LLCC Student Accounts is proud to offer plans with more flexibility. In the past, payments for the Fall term could only be split into five payments (July-Nov.). We have opened the payment plans early this year so when students register this April, they could start making payments at that time, extending the payment plan out to eight payments (April-Nov.)! As a reminder, the FY25 planning and budgeting process ends March 31.

Users can access this form for submission of items for the FY25 planning and budgeting year. Users are asked to submit their items by March 31.

To aid budget managers in submitting Existing Budget Increase/Decrease (budget maintenance) Requests, the budget office emailed budget baseline worksheets to users the week of March 4. Please use them as reference material when submitting Existing Budget Increase/Decrease Requests. If you are a budget manager of an auxiliary unit and are making budget maintenance adjustments, you are required to attach the baseline worksheets to your forms prior to submission. New this year —IT implemented a new technology request process in November. This new process required users to use the Technology Request Form to submit their technology requests for review by the LLCC Data Governance Council and Technology Advisory Group prior to submitting it to the planning and budgeting process. Items that have already been submitted through IT’s process can now be submitted to the planning and budget process for consideration.
Written directions and instructional videos have been created to assist users with form completion. These items and the link to the Planning & Budgeting SharePoint Form are posted to the FY2025 Planning & Budgeting link on the Finance Department’s SharePoint page.
