FY18 staff sick leave bank open enrollment begins Aug. 28

The staff sick bank will begin its annual open enrollment Monday, Aug. 28. Due to the balance of days in the bank, this fiscal year will be a “free year” for current members. Therefore current members will not be required to donate a sick day to maintain their membership status.

Please note one change to the operating procedures of the bank. A member is eligible for 30-days of extended sick leave “per rolling 12-month calendar.” This change will allow a member’s usage to directly fall in line with the college’s current FMLA policies. Please only complete an enrollment form if you would like to 1) change your current membership status in the bank OR 2) donate additional sick days to the bank (for current members only).

All completed forms must be submitted to the LLCC Human Resources by Friday, Sept. 15, 2017.  If you do not submit a completed form by that date, your current membership status will remain the same. Please contact Kim Elder at 786.2214 with any questions.
