FY20 Planning and Budgeting Documents Posted to SharePoint

Following Board approval of the FY20 tentative budget at the July Board meeting, several FY20 planning and budgeting recap documents have been posted to the LLCC Finance Department’s SharePoint site. Take time to familiarize yourself with the documents, which are sorted by requester’s name. Please watch for emails over the next few weeks if you have requests funded from tech fee, small projects and/or FFE. We will be reaching out to individuals to begin the purchasing process and will provide purchasing directions and necessary account numbers.

At this time, Perkins Grant funding is pending receipt of a fully executed grant agreement. Once funding is secured, individuals will receive emails with purchasing instructions and account numbers.

Starting on Monday, Aug. 5, contractors will begin installing solar panels on the roof at LLCC-Jacksonville. We anticipate this work will take approximately 30-45 calendar days to complete. Contractors will be sure to maintain access to the building at all times. Please use caution and be aware of all construction traffic and materials being lifted up on to the roof during this time period. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Tim Ervin at 786-9605 or at tim.ervin@llcc.edu.
