The Illinois Freedom Project Exhibit. Feb. 11-13, A. Lincoln Commons, Springfield Campus. A multimedia initiative that teaches about the journey from slavery to freedom in Illinois. LLCC Outreach Centers will host Lincoln-themed activities during the week of Feb. 10.
You can still view the Illinois Freedom Project travelling exhibit yet today at LLCC in A. Lincoln Commons. The Illinois Freedom Project is a multimedia initiative that shares the stories of freedom through the lens of the people, places and events in Illinois history. The exhibit is travelling to Looking for Lincoln communities throughout the Abraham Lincoln National Heritage Area through 2020.
