Employee Giving Program through United Way is underway!

Live United: United WayAll donations, great and small, can have a substantial impact on our local community. Payroll deduction (LLCC has 24 pay periods per year) is a convenient way to contribute.  A donation of $5 per pay can prevent multiple families in need from being without electricity or hot water. A donation of $10 per pay can feed a healthy, family-style dinner to 60 food-insecure children. A donation of $20 per pay can buy clothes and personal items for students who are victims of disaster. For many of us, there are not enough hours in the day to tend to professional and personal obligations. Contributing to United Way is an opportunity to help local agencies who are able to devote their time to assisting those who are in need in our community. LLCC has provided us with an easy, accessible way to give back to our community.

The campaign is underway and ends on Friday, Nov. 10. If you haven’t given before, please consider making a donation today either through payroll deduction or a one-time gift.
