Chris McDonald, Ph.D., professor of political science, will speak on Sept. 9 at 2 p.m. at the Illinois State Military Museum’s “Pursuing Pancho Villa” event. Living historians will display equipment, uniforms and weapons used by Illinois National Guard soldiers in the 1916 border campaign.
