David Bowman, workforce development program coordinator, was interviewed on Tuesday, Aug. 1 by WLDS radio to discuss agriculture watershed management and horticulture credit courses offered at no cost this fall.

Jay Kitterman, consultant, LLCC Culinary Institute, wrote this week’s Epicuriosity 101 column in the State Journal-Register, “Vegetarians and healthy eaters love Food Fantasies.”
