ITS and the Finance Department will soon be launching the Vehicle Request Queue in KBOX. Be on the lookout for the LincIn notice that Vehicle Requests are available through KBOX. When the queue officially opens, the Vehicle Request InfoPath form will no longer be accessible OR accepted. The information required for a request has not changed but detailed instructions will be made available. Immediate supervisor AND Cabinet Level approvals will also still be required. We are very hopeful that this system will provide for a more streamlined process that allows for all parties to know the status of a reservation at any given time.
