Now that your email account has been migrated to Office 365,  Please follow the four steps below and notify us of any inconsistencies or issues by contacting the ITS Service Desk at 786.2555, helpme@llcc.edu or submit a Service Desk ticket https://help.llcc.edu.

  1. While on campus you should be using the Outlook desktop application. If you do not have a shortcut on your desktop, the icon pinned to the taskbar, or are not sure if you are using the Outlook desktop application, please contact the ITS Service Desk and we will be assist you with setting this up. At the bottom of the Outlook window there should be a message stating that you are Connected to: Microsoft Exchange. If this is not the case and/or you are concerned that you are not receiving new mail, please log into Office 365 via the web to view your Inbox and look for new messages.
  2. If you have been granted permissions to view a Shared Mailbox (Ex. department email account), below your Inbox and subfolders there will be another group of folders under that Shared Mailbox name. Click on the chevron to expand the list of folders if minimized and check the Inbox and other folders for messages.
  3. Next, check for Shared Calendar Click on the Calendar link at the bottom of Outlook and under the Shared Calendars (on the left) listing you should see a list of all calendars that you have been granted permission to. Place a check mark in the box to the left of the Shared Calendar to view.
  4. The final step is to verify the Permissions Level of your Calendar. While in the Calendar view, right click on Calendar (on the left), and hover your mouse over Share and left click on Calendar Permissions. The Default Permission Level should be set to Free/Busy time.
