The annual fitness center membership enrollment begins today, Monday Dec. 7. Cost for a one-year membership is $150 (or $6.25 per pay period). If you are interested, complete the 2016 Annual Fitness Center Enrollment Form and return to the Human Resources office by the end of the day Friday, Dec. 18.
